1.1 Accuracy of Information: When making a reservation, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
1.2 Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once Novem Eco Resort has issued a written confirmation (via email or direct resort system) and any required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed, as outlined in the Booking & Payment Policy
1.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Confirmed booking prices will not change unless required by law (e.g., changes in government taxes).
1.4 Check-in/Check-out:

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Key points: Any request for modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing. Penalties and refund amounts are determined by the notice period given prior to the scheduled arrival date, and may vary based on the package or offer booked. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
3.1 Eco-Resort Principles: Novem Eco Resort is committed to sustainability. Guests must adhere to our eco-friendly practices, including responsible use of water and electricity, proper waste disposal, and respect for the local flora and fauna. Please refer to our Sustainability & Eco Practices for more information.
3.2 Prohibited Activities: Guests agree not to engage in any illegal, dangerous, offensive, or disruptive activities while on resort premises. This includes, but is not limited to: * Smoking inside any accommodation or common indoor areas. * Bringing pets (unless prior official permission for service animals has been granted). * Consumption or possession of illegal drugs. * Making excessive noise that disturbs other guests, particularly during quiet hours ([Insert quiet hours, e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM]).
3.3 Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused to the resort property, fixtures, or fittings during their stay, whether accidental or intentional, and will be charged the full repair or replacement cost.
3.4 Capacity Limit: Each accommodation type has a maximum occupancy. Exceeding this limit without prior approval and payment of applicable extra person charges is prohibited.
4.1 Risk and Safety: Use of the swimming pool, sports facilities, bicycles, and any other resort amenity is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times in all resort areas.
4.2 Closing Hours: Amenities, including the swimming pool and indoor game area, operate only during specified hours for safety and maintenance.
5.1 License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for the purpose of learning about or booking services offered by Novem Eco Resort.
5.2 Intellectual Property: The content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Novem Eco Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content without express written permission.
6.1 Disclaimer: The materials on Novem Eco Resort’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Novem Eco Resort makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Novem Eco Resort will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or expense arising out of or in connection with your stay at the resort or use of its services, except to the extent that such liability is legally required and cannot be excluded. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Novem Eco Resort reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
